Peace of Mind. Clearly.
Screen Panels – The screen panels are constructed of a polypropylene, woven monofilament geotextile fabric. The flexible material lends itself to a wide array of applications. With the densely porous material 95 percent solid and the weave tight enough for surface tension of water to create a barrier resistant to driving rain, the material is still open enough to be transparent.
Screen Types –Storm Screens come in a variety of shapes and colors. From the basic square or rectangular design to more complex configurations with cut outs and angles, screen color choices include bone, beige, white, black and grey.
Fastening Systems – The screens may be designed to use a variety of mounting techniques including several methods of strap and buckle applications and grommet installation methods. A strap system may utilize a fixed strap attached to a fastening device as well as an adjustable buckle that the strap attaches to. Grommet installation systems can use a combination of a wide variety of structure mounting frames. We offer wall- and floor-mount tracks in a variety of shapes and sizes, all with corrosive-resistant materials and finishes. Also, our optional, code-approved emergency escape panel provides the ability to protect you inside your home knowing that you can get out if you have to.
Testing Standards – The system has been tested to and has passed ASTM protocols E330, E1886 and E1996-02.
